With the nVent acquisition of ILSCO and its parent company, ECM Industries, LLC in 2023, the nVent power connection products and solutions portfolio has greatly expanded. By bringing the nVent ERIFLEX solutions into the nVent ILSCO product brand, we are making it easier for our customers to seamlessly source an expanded set of innovative electrical power connection solutions. Once the transition is completed, nVent will have two distinct global electrification platforms: nVent ERICO for Electrical Protection and nVent ILSCO for Power Connection, and nVent ERIFLEX will go to market as nVent ILSCO.

ILSCO has been a leader in power connectors and accessories for 130 years, with engineered application expertise and quality products that provide reliable, durable and code-compliant power connections. ILSCO, formerly known as Incandescent Light and Stove Company, was founded in 1894 in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. Some of the well-known products of ILSCO includes SureCrimp compression connectors, Nimbus insulated connectors, and TaskMaster crimping and cutting tools. The nVent ERIFLEX product brand and its solutions will be rebranded as nVent ILSCO. The name change does not affect product part numbers. We will continue to manufacture in France, where the  same quality and service of our offering remains. Additionally, with Customer First in mind, we continue to work on introducing new products and solutions to the EMEA region, while we transition our product brand name..
